Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Rick + Chat. Our greatest goal is to serve our amazing customers well and do everything we can to make your shopping experience seamless.  However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you've received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 business days of receipt.  Once items are returned you will receive a store credit. 



  1. Read our Return Policy below and make sure your item is eligible for return.
  2. Fill out and return the return item form included in your order. 
  3. Pack your item, return form, and receipt with your choice of packaging and send it back via your carrier of choice to the following address:       PO Box 3822  Dallas, TX 75238
  4. We’ll process your return and issue your store credit within (5-7) business days!


  • Please note that we cannot issue refunds for returned items. Items can only be returned for store credit.
  • The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us: swimsuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, face mask,  leggings, final sale/clearance items, any items discounted greater than 25% by coupon code
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error
  • All returned items MUST have the original tags still on them. Returned items MUST be unworn and unwashed; any stains, spills, or odors (including deodorant, pet hairs, cigarette smoke, makeup, perfume, etc) will deem the item ineligible for return and we will send the item back to you (subject to additional shipping charges).
  • Rick + Chat cannot be responsible for damages caused by incorrect sizing or improper care and handling.



Due to limited quantities, we do not offer formal exchanges; if you’d like to exchange for size, we recommend purchasing the correct size then returning the incorrect size. You may also include on your return form that you’d like store credit, then use your store credit to purchase the correct size once we receive your return. We cannot guarantee that the correct size will still be available in this timeframe.


If you choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit, we will email you a code that can be used towards your next purchase. Please be aware that we cannot retroactively apply store credit to a completed order; in other words, if you place an order and do not use your credit, we cannot go back and apply it to the order.  Please contact us if you’re experiencing any issues with your store credit!
